If something’s not right with your order, we’ve got you covered with our easy refund and returns process.
Overview
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we’re sorry, but we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (except for defective items—see below).

For non-defective returns, it must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Special Policy for Defective Items
If your product is defective, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we’ll take care of everything for free! You can choose to:

Get a Refund: We’ll process your refund at no cost to you.

Exchange for Another Product: We’ll replace it with another item of your choice (subject to availability) at no extra cost, including free shipping both ways.
For defective items, we’ll cover all return shipping fees, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Just let us know, and we’ll make it right!
Items We Can’t Accept for Returns
We’re happy to accept returns for most electronics and equipment, as long as they meet the conditions above. However, for non-defective returns, we cannot accept items if:

They’ve been opened or used (for “change of mind” returns).

They’re missing their original packaging or accessories.

They’ve been damaged due to misuse (e.g., dropped or mishandled).
Note: Defective items are exempt from these conditions and can be returned within 30 days, as mentioned above.
Return Conditions

Change of Mind Returns: If you’ve changed your mind, the item must be unopened and sealed in its original packaging. You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.

Defective Items: If your item is defective, let us know within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll handle the return, refund, or exchange for free—including shipping costs both ways.

Incorrect Items: If we sent you the wrong product, we’ll cover all return shipping costs and provide a refund or exchange at no cost to you.
Important Note: Please don’t send items back to the manufacturer. All returns should come directly to Electro Sparks.
How Refunds Work
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll reach out via email or phone to let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you can choose how you’d like to receive your refund:

Website Wallet: Processed within 1 business day—perfect for quick use on your next purchase!

Original Payment Method (e.g., credit/debit card, mobile wallet like Vodafone Cash): Takes 3–14 business days, depending on your provider.

Bank Transfer: Takes 3–14 business days after we receive your bank details.
For non-defective returns, refunds will include the item’s cost but exclude shipping fees. For defective or incorrect items, we’ll refund the full amount, including any shipping fees you paid.
What If Your Refund Is Delayed?
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

Contact your bank or payment provider—it can sometimes take a few days for the refund to show up.

Exchanges for Defective Items
If your item is defective, you can choose to exchange it for another product (subject to availability) within 30 days of delivery—at no cost to you! How to Ship Your Return

For defective or incorrect items, we’ll cover all shipping costs—both to return the item to us and to send a replacement (if you choose an exchange).

Shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns, and the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund unless we made an error.

Tip: For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service (like Aramex or Mylerz) or adding shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return without tracking.
