Electro Sparks offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. Additionally, you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the customer has the right to cancel the order and return the product within 14 days of receiving it, in line with applicable consumer protection laws.

To preserve this right, the customer must ensure that the product is kept in its original condition and packaging. However, if the product is damaged or destroyed through no fault of the customer, this does not invalidate the right to terminate the contract.

Opening the package or checking the product’s functionality does not deprive the customer of the right to a refund, even if the product’s value has decreased as a result.

Returns will not be accepted if any of the following components are missing:

  • The complete set of the product and all included accessories
  • The original receipt confirming purchase from the Electro Sparks online store
  • The warranty card (if applicable)
  • A service department report describing the defect (for defective items)

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
We’re sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived yet! Here’s what you can do: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this link to see real-time updates on your delivery status. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and courier delays (especially during holidays or peak seasons). Refer to our Privacy Policy for estimated delivery times. Sometimes, packages are marked as “delivered” before they actually arrive, or they may have been left with a neighbor. If it’s been more than 7 business days since your order was shipped and you still haven’t received it, please Contact Us with your order number. We’ll be happy to look into it for you.
Do you deliver on public holidays?

Most likely not. Delivery on public holidays depends on the shipping company and their local schedules. While we process orders as quickly as possible, couriers usually do not operate on national or public holidays. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive around those dates.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 business days maximum , except during holidays such as Eid, Christmas, or other peak periods will take longer depends on shipping companies.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes, someone must be available to sign for the delivery. This can be you or someone you trust, such as a family member or friend. The delivery driver will typically call you before or during delivery to coordinate and ensure someone is present. If you’re unavailable, they’ll work with you to find a suitable time or suggest alternative options.

Do you ship to all cities/countries?

Currently, we ship only within Egypt: Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria.

However, We plan to expand to more cities soon, Insha’Allah.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fees depend on your distance from our warehouse. Our system will automatically calculate the exact shipping cost at checkout.

How do I return a product?

If your product is eligible for return (within 30 days, unopened, or defective. see the returns policy for more informations), simply log in to your account dashboard, go to “Orders,” click the “Refund” button, and complete the form.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed based on your selected method:

  • Website Wallet takes 1 business day (recommended for cash on delivery)
  • Credit/Debit Card/Bank transfer Refund takes 3 to 14 business days
Can I return a product if I changed my mind?

Yes, as long as the product is and in its original packaging. Please note that shipping fees will apply.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order within 16 hours after creation.

After 16 hours, if you still want to cancel, shipping fees will apply.

What products are non-returnable?

Currently, all products sold on Electro Sparks are eligible for return under the specified conditions.

I received my order after getting a refund. What Can I do?

Please keep the product in its original packaging along with all related documents. You may be required to return it to us. Contact our customer support team for assistance.

What warranty is included with the products?

Each product comes with its own warranty details, which are clearly listed on the product page.

Additionally, all products are eligible for a 30-day return if they remain in original packaging or if there is a manufacturing defect.
